Just thought I would post a couple of pic's of Kirra and her little gang of terrors. These three girls will no doubt be friends fro life as Cleo in the centre is my sister's girl (kirra's Cousin...get it?) and the little one on the left is Milla, Sheralyn's duaghter..I have known Sher all my life. To put size in to context - Cleo and Kirra have 7 weeks between them (Cleo the elder) and there is 7 months between Kirra and Milla.

My little girl...where has my baby gone?

Kirra is growing up so fast it hard to believe that she was once this little bundle wrapped in muslin cloth. She is standing up using various objects around the house as support...still a lond way off walking but really loves being upright. Here is a pic of her using the washing basket as support...I did her hair (what little she has) in to a mohawk, She is a real little person and her personality is really shining through. She is rather impatient and is a great scone doer. She throws her toys a fair bit and has the terrible game whereby she takes her socks and shoes off and throws them from the's just so naughty and she has a real twinkle in her eye when she does it.

Yesterday we walked up one tree hill. It was a fab winter's day and we used Phil's new phone to take some pic' here goes:

The Beach

Yesterday we took Kirra to the beach for a play in the sand. She didn't know what to make of it and was not so sure about going for a crawl...yeah she is crawling now (first crawled 22 May). She seeemed to enjoy eating the sand though. She is really coming along and is now insisting on being upright as much as possible - time to watch those hot cuppas. She is chatting away and says da da cat, dog, mama, her own way eg: cat is dat dat.

Yup. buba ia 8 months old and I have returned to work -Thurs, Fri and Saturdays. She spends Thursday and Friday with Nana and Saturday with her Dad. It was strange going back and I found myself missing my baby but she enjoys being at Nana's house as Nana dotes on her.
So I am working with Michael, he is fun to work with but I do miss working with Paul the clown. You can refer to to the post made in his honour if you need to be reminded. But heyon Saturdays I work with someone who is very similar. Introducing Rron Prekazi (or Prick-assey). Sweet sixteen and still at school. He is legal - Michael told me so. hehehe. He is very similar to a tortoise. I have never seen anyone move so slowly in my life. It is a spectacle and I am sure he must really be l50 years old with a shell. Anyways..I am his "Aunty Lisa" and I give him my opinions on the state of his love life which, at aged l6, is quite frankly pathetic and stomach churning - although he tells me his girlfriend "satisfys him"...the mind boggles.

I thought I has better get some therapy...i thought my sharing my addiction may make me better.
My name is Lisa and I am a trade me (ebay) addict. Oh it is dreadful, I don't know what is going on on my head when I bid on auctions and get so fierce and competitive about it I end up paying more than retail for a second hand good. Baby gear is worst. Oh my god, I have to hide my purchases from Phil and everyday I look forward to my parcels coming. Always nicely wrapped in brown paper or a lovely box..hmmm yum. I have this terrible need to buys dolls for my 7 month old daughter who has no idea what they are...actually they are teething aid..destroy, destroy, destroy. It is just dreadful..I have asked Phil to change the password so I can no longer participate in auctions..I can still browse though. But I love it when my parcels arrive. Check out Trade me here

So good.
